Daniel was very fast, reliable and professional. Within not even 3 hours he found the correct coloured downpipe, first coming to make sure it was the correct colour (had to go back because it wasn't!) before installing efficiently and fast. I called several businesses with one estimating it would cost $700 and that no suppliers had the colour I was after!
So thank you Daniel for your service will definitely call again when needed :)

I am super impressed with Daniels fast and professional service! Last night my grandmothers extremely old hot water system finally gave out and she was in a tizz. Have called Daniel yesterday to come, for him to quote me for a repair of NO hot water coming through powder room basin and basins upstairs. Only had hot water coming through when showers have been running. Daniel investigated and assessed the problem. He was honest and informed me that it was an issue with a cross connection somewhere in the walls or roof of the house. He capped the end of one cold water feed pipe and it seemed I had hot water coming through (but then again, all taps were running at once). Unfortunately, because of this unforeseen bad installation of the cold and hot water pipes, my problem couldn’t be properly resolved without major works on walls. Today, I am back to square one with the same concern since I don’t want to run and waste huge quantities of water just to have lukewarm water. I do appreciate Daniels quick response to my query and thank him for his gracious discount. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service! My hot water system died & was spewing hot water everywhere. Called Daniel we went through a few options of how he could help us. In just over 2 hours he had the new service installed. Daniel's work is so tidy. He came & helped us out on a day he was planning not to work. We now have a much better, trustworthy system installed. It's bitter sweet meeting such a great fellow you want to see him again but you don't want anything bursting! This guy is really honest. We had a problem on the main water valve and called Danzer. He asked me to send the photo and he answered right away that we should call City west water because it was road side problem. So we called City west water and they came and fixed it. His honest advice was really helpful and appreciated a lot. Anyway we needed him to come home and fix a couple of things and he did a good job. He is local and was on time. If anything happen, we will call him without hesitation.

Had called Daniel to come out to get quote for a repair of a blocked/broken drain. Daniel thoroughly and efficiently assessed the issue and honestly advised that it was an issue with sewer pipes and got City West Water to fix the issue on our behalf.
